Pese a que faltan pocos meses para las elecciones regionales y municipales, el Jurado Electoral Especial (JEE) Mariscal Nieto que preside el Dr. Wilbert Gonzales, sigue a la espera que el Jurado Nacional de Elecciones dicte una pauta concreta para conocer si un alcalde distrital puede postular a la provincial.
En base a eso, el JEE estará procediendo a lo que determine el JNE, hasta la fecha no hay un caso concreto donde se haya dicho que no procede la candidatura.
“No hay algo que sea explícito y bien definido respecto al alcalde que postula a otro cargo, existe un vacío al no definirse este tema. Lo concreto hubiese sido que se disponga que ningún alcalde o gobernador postule estando en el cargo”, aseveró.
Esto ha conllevado a que haya pronunciamientos distintos de los JEE, en algunos han admitido la candidatura, pero en otros se ha desestimado al considerar que es una reelección.
Del total de listas que solicitaron su inscripción, un 90% han sido admitidas. Se ha declarado improcedentes 29 casos, lo cual está en objeto de apelación en el Jurado Nacional de Elecciones, quienes tendrán que determinar su situación.
Gonzales, precisó que algunos candidatos han sido excluidos porque tienen problemas y se está a la espera lo que resuelva el JNE tras la apelación presentada.
