La madrugada de este último domingo un efectivo de la Policía Nacional a bordo de su motocicleta atropelló a un transeúnte, dejándolo mal herido.
El hecho se registró en la Av. Andrés A. Cáceres altura de la discoteca Monkey de la playa Boca del Río, cuando la motocicleta de placa de rodaje PL-23933 conducido por SO3 PNP Pablo Mendoza Nicolás (25) al llegar al lugar atropelló a la persona de Juan Carlos Huallpa Espinoza (35). El motorizado retornaba de un servicio policial de garantías policiales a un evento serenata de confraternidad por aniversario organizado en el PP JJ San Gerónimo.
Segú se informó el agraviado al parecer presenta visibles síntomas de ebriedad (aliento alcohólico) llegando a ser impactado cayendo a un lado de la vía, siendo auxiliado y traslado al hospital EsSalud Ilo.
El médico de turno diagnosticó politraumatismo, etilismo agudo, Traumatismo Encéfalo Craneano (TCE) por determinar, herida súper arbitraria derecho, fractura de clavícula lado derecho, quedando en la sala de observación. El vehículo presenta daños materiales y una raspadura a la altura del timón.
El efectivo policial fue conducido al tópico SPNP para el examen de dosaje etílico y extracción de muestra de sangre, dando como resultado negativo a la prueba cualitativa. El hecho se hizo de conocimiento al fiscal de turno Luis Concha Valdivia para las diligencias de ley.
