Con plantón respaldan ley CTS para trabajadores de la 276 de EsSalud

Con un plantón, trabajadores afiliados al Centro Unión Trabajadores (CUT) del hospital de EsSalud Mollendo, pertenecientes al régimen laboral 276, respaldaron la aprobación de la ley que los beneficia de CTS.

Con esta medida y conociendo la firma del presidente del Congreso de la República, ahora queda esperar que el Poder Ejecutivo la promulgue.

Esta medida beneficia a 30 trabajadores en Mollendo, entre personal médico, técnico, administrativo y asistencial.

Es importante indicar que los trabajadores de EsSalud que laboran bajo el régimen 276 ahora recibirán su CTS sobre el 100% de su salario.
